The 2023 Hunan (Spring) Rural Cultural Tourism Festival and Hunan Spring "Village Carnival" Demonstration Activity will be opened on April 20 in the Dong Autonomous County of Huaihua City, with a series of activities from April 7 to May 31.

The 2023 Hunan (Spring) Rural Cultural Tourism Festival and Hunan Spring "Village Carnival" Demonstration Activity will be held under the theme of "San Xiang Si Shui·Meet in Hunan&Recalling the scenery, village and flavor·Let the world hearthestoriesof Dongpeople" as the theme, jointly hosted by Dong Autonomous County and Zhijiang Dong Autonomous County.　

During the gala, in addition to the wonderful main activities, 13 counties and urban areas in Huaihua will also cooperateto hold 20 series of activities to fully display the unique cultural and tourism resources and products of Huaihuato comprehensively promote the update and iteration of rural tourism products in Huaihua.
